Since 2013, Equamore Foundation has displayed the coveted GuideStar Gold emblem that signifies our charity’s commitment to financial transparency. Our financial documents and a description of our programs have been readily available to donors since we joined Guidestar in 2010. This summer marks a new level of achievement both for GuideStar and Equamore with the creation of the Platinum level of participation.
Equamore was one of the first to submit an application and be granted the new emblem, which we are now proudly display on our web site. It’s right there in the left-hand menu. To earn the right to display the seal, we added “metrics” to our profile by which all can measure how well we have achieved the goals we set for ourselves. We’ve always measured our goals, but you can track our progress right from your computer. Just click on the Platinum emblem in the menu to the left to see our GuideStar Profile.
